Terms of Service (TOS)


1) Delivery of Goods (Digital Delivery)


Digital-Only Fulfilment. All accounts and items are delivered digitally. No physical shipment will occur.


Method & Timing. Delivery will be made to the contact method you provide at checkout (e.g., on‑site order page, account dashboard, or email). Delivery typically occurs promptly after payment is confirmed, but timing may vary.


Accuracy of Recipient Details. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. If you entered an incorrect email or cannot access your inbox, delivery is still deemed completed once sent to the details provided at checkout.


2) Account Details & Listing Accuracy


As‑Described Guarantee. You will receive account details exactly as described in the listing at the time of purchase. If a listing is inaccurate at the time of your order, our sole obligation is to provide a conforming replacement or equivalent remedy, at our discretion, upon verification.


Post‑Delivery Changes. Third‑party platforms may change features, policies, or availability without notice. We are not responsible for such changes after delivery.


3) Ownership & Responsibility


Transfer of Responsibility. Upon delivery, you obtain control of the account and assume full responsibility for its use, security, and compliance.


Security Measures. You should promptly change passwords, enable 2FA, update recovery info, and maintain secure practices. Loss of access caused by your failure to secure the account is your responsibility.


No Liability for Third‑Party Actions. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, restrictions, or losses caused by misuse, violation of the platform’s terms or policies, security incidents, chargebacks, or other third‑party actions.


4) Support & Communication


Official Channels Only. For issues or questions, contact us exclusively via our official channels: [Join the Discord server link] or any other channel explicitly listed on our store page. Support offered elsewhere is not authorized.


Conduct. Harassment, spam, abuse, or threats toward us or our team will result in termination of support and may lead to refusal of future service.


Scope. Support covers delivery and listing‑conformity issues. We do not provide advice on bypassing platform rules or evading security controls.


5) Usage Restrictions


Legal Use Only. You may not use our Products for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third‑party platform terms.


Compliance. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of any platform related to the account.


6) Resale, Redistribution & Sharing


Permitted. You may resell, redistribute, or share accounts you have purchased, unless prohibited by applicable law or the relevant platform’s terms. You are solely responsible for any consequences of further transfer or use.


7) Proof & Evidence Requirements


Verification Required. If you report an issue, you must provide full evidence sufficient to verify your claim. Acceptable forms may include screenshots, screen recordings, order IDs, timestamps, and relevant platform messages.


Privacy. Redact unrelated personal data where possible. We may request additional non‑sensitive information strictly to verify and resolve the issue.


Insufficient Proof. Without sufficient proof, replacements or resolutions cannot be provided.


8) Refunds, Replacements & Disputes


Digital Nature of Goods. Because Products are digital and become accessible immediately upon delivery, all sales are final except where otherwise required by law.


Remedies. Where a legitimate delivery or listing‑conformity issue is verified under Section 7, we may offer a replacement or other reasonable remedy at our sole discretion.


Chargebacks. Unauthorized or bad‑faith chargebacks are a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of support and refusal of future service.


9) Changes to Terms


Right to Modify. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective when posted.


Your Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review the Terms before purchasing and to check for updates.


10) Limitation of Liability


No Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.


Cap on Liability. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.


Non‑Excludable Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


11) Governing Law & Venue


These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.


12) Severability & Entire Agreement


If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase of the Products and supersede any prior understandings.
